Center for the Science of Moral Understanding Research Assistant Fellowship
The Center for the Science of Moral Understanding Undergraduate Research Assistant Fellowship is a joint fellowship with the Deepest Beliefs Lab designed to provide training and financial compensation to promising students who are interested in learning about how to do academic research. Information about the Center for Moral Understanding is available at https://www.moralunderstanding.com/, and information about our department is available at https://psychology.unc.edu/.
This fellowship will run from January to May (exact dates to be decided), and fellows will be awarded $3000. Successful fellows should be expected to work approximately 7 hours per week.
This fellowship is designed to provide financial support and mentorship to students from underrepresented groups who would like to have the opportunity to become involved in scientific research but have not been able to because of various reasons such as not having research opportunities available at their home institution or not having the financial resources to volunteer for un-paid research opportunities.
Completed applications should emailed to moralfellowshipunc@gmail.com
